How many drinks a day is moderate?
The Dietary Guidelines for Americans set up to one drink a day for women and two for men, on the days people drink. For a fatty liver, liver guidance asks that alcohol be counted and kept low; for gout, beer and spirits raise the chance of a flare.
The meter fills at two standard drinks. Cloche’s own sample for a day is 14 g of alcohol, one drink.
